Environment to charge suspects for poached trees on Falcondo land

Santo Domingo.- The Environment Ministry on Tuesday announced it will charge several people for poaching lumber on land owned by the miner Falcondo at Loma Ortega, in La Vega (central).

It said the La Vega Province Environment Office has already identified the suspects and will be formally charged.

In a statement, Environment added that more than 300 wooden poles and other materials were seized during the arrest of the alleged poachers.
