Dominican Republic, Switzerland announce ‘Think Tourism’ event

Santo Domingo.- The Dominico-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce and Tourism (CCTDS) and the Dominican Republic Export and Investment Center (CEI-RD) on Monday announced the event "Think Tourism: Tourism Switzerland and Dominican Republic Best Practices" on March 26, where local and foreign experts will discuss various aspects of tourism’s success in both countries with exhibits and panels from industry, finance, education and branding.

The forum from 12 noon to 3pm will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Santo Domingo, headed by Swiss envoy Line Marie Leon-Pernet; Dominico-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce and Tourism president Gaetan Bucher and CEI-RD director Jean A. Rodriguez.

Several prominent exhibitors also attended the event to announce ‘Think Tourism’ who affirmed that key information about the sector will be revealed during the gathering.
