Major developer to build 4,500 homes in new city

Santo Domingo.- Construction company Bisonó on Monday announced it will build around 4,500 homes at the Ciudad Juan Bosch housing project, Santo Domingo Este.

Bisonó vice president Rafael Vitelio Bisonó and his father Rafael Bisonó, who met with Presidency chief of staff Gustavo Montalvo, said of their company’s planned total, it build around 1,300 homes in the first stage.

They said the first stage will be completed within six months, in the development’s planned 25,000 units.

The "Ciudad Juan Bosch" project of around 25,000 homes aims to benefit at poor families and will be built with the Dominican Social Security trust fund.
