Widely scattered showers, mostly cloudy skies

Santo Domingo.- The National Weather Office forecasts low chance of rain across the country Wednesday, except for widely scattered showers, with mostly cloudy skies and humidity dragged by the southeast wind.

It said the showers will continue in the afternoon, with thunderstorms for the center and south regions, from a stationary trough over the country and one over the Atlantic coast.

It said the showers will mostly over the southeastern and south-central provinces.
