Six low-magnitude quakes stir the entire country

Santo Doming.- Six low magnitude quakes were registered across the country during the last few hours Wednesday by the Santo Domingo State University UASD Seismology Center.

It said the quakes from magnitudes 3.6 to 3.18 occurred from 5:23am to 1:40pm near Higuey, La Altagracia, the Mona Passage, Santiago, Boca Canasta, Peravia, Boca Chica and Las Terrenas, Samaná.

The depth of the tremors ranged from as deep as 28.97 kilometers to as shallow as 6.22KM.
