Peso falls 0.02% against US dollar: Central Bank

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican peso fell 0.02% against the US dollar in the listings of the country’s foreign exchange market, Dominican Republic’s Central Bank reports Tuesday.

It said the US dollar was selling at 44.81 pesos, while buyers are paying RD$44.69 for the US currency.

“These rates are the average observed in spot market transactions (cash, transfers and checks) for today and exclude operations in the financial derivatives market,” the Central Bank said on its website.
