Gasoline, diesel climb, gases unchanged

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry posted fuel prices for the week from April 25 to May 1, when premium gasoline will cost RD$220.20, a RD$1.50 increase; regular gasoline will cost RD$198.10, or RD$3.50 higher; premium diesel will cost RD$171.10, or RD$4.20 more and regular diesel will cost RD$162.90, or RD$3.50 more per gallon.

Optimal diesel will cost RD$182.10, or RD$4.80 more; avtur will cost RD$113.90, a RD$3.70 increase; kerosene will cost RD$144.80, or RD$3.60 more and fuel oil will cost RD$95.14, or RD$2.01 more per gallon.

Propane gas remains unchanged at RD$87.50 per gallon, the same for natural gas, at RD$31.44 per cubic meter.

The Central Bank’s average posted exchange rate of RD$44.83 per US dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
