Puntacana International School wins first place UN Model in NYC

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.- Puntacana International School won first place in the "Best Negotiation Skills" and "Best Delegation" categories in the United Nations Conference Dominican Model in New York, "NYDRMUN 2015."

Wendely Ramirez was the big winner in both categories.

The School’s delegation included Francesca Placeres, Stephanie Gomez, Sebastian Victoria, Maria Alejandra Cornelio, Alexandra Kessler, Marcos De Parada, María Fernanda Ameliach, and Edil Gonzalez.

Also Isabelle Tejeda, High School-Social director and Jossette Cuello High School Academic Coordinator.

The convention was attended by over 400 students from schools, colleges and high schools from Dominican Republic, the United States and other countries, to discussed current issues in two of the official languages of the UN: Spanish and English.
