Ibero-American attorneys general talk justice, security

Santo Domingo.- 21 representatives from the Ibero-American Countries Justice Ministers Conference (COMJIB) member states have gathered in the country since Wednesday, to promote public policies aimed at improving the quality of the justice system and build a more cohesive legal space.

In the organization’s 19th Annual Assembly being held in the Hotel Embajador the justice ministers will review the organization’s progress as well as the main action to coordinate a response to the new challenges of public policies on the region’s justice and security.

In the opening speech Justice minister Francisco Dominguez thanked the COMJIB participants for selecting Dominican Republic as host country for this regional event.
