Inversiones Floripes spruces up Costa Bavaro village

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.- Inversiones Floripes, administrator and service supplier of the private resort village Costa Bavaro announced it continues to improve its internal roads and sports facilities at a cost of US$240,000.00 in coordination with the consent of Equinox investments, owner of IFA Villas Bavaro and part of the land used.

“The works include the construction of a perimeter fence on the east side in the first phase of complex, wround 500 linear meters and four meters high, thereby increasing the existing level of security,” Floripes said in an emailed statement.

It said the parking lot area was expanded and a pedestrian walkway to the beach was also built. “We also rejuvenated and completely remodeled the tennis and basketball courts.”

The management company reminded all tenants and owners that the sports areas, the beach access road and parking area are located on private property to be enjoyed under the regulations of condominiums, subject to restrictions occasionally established by their respective owners.
