All fuel prices fall, except natural gas

Santo Domingo.- For the week from July 25 to 31 all fuel prices will fall, some as much as RD$2.40 pergallon, except natural gas, which remains unchanged.

Starting Saturday premium gasoline will cost RD$224.50, orRD$1.00 less; regular goes to RD$204.10, or RD$1.00 lower; premium diesel will costRD$164.20, or RD$ 2.20 cheaper; regular diesel to cost RD$156.20, or RD$2.20less and optimum diesel will cost RD$175.20, or RD$2.30 less per gallon.

Avtur will cost RD$111.00, or RD$2.00; kerosene will costRD$138.70, or RD$2.40 lower; fuel oil will cost RD$ 92.33, a drop RD$1.80;propane gas will cost RD$78.70, or RD$1.00 lower per gallon and natural gas isunchanged at RD$29.44 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Republic Central Bank’s average posted exchangerate of RD$45.06 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
