Santo Domingo.- AccountsChamber president Licelott Marte on Tuesday delivered to Justice minister FranciscoDominguez Brito a list of 1,222 officials who haven’t submitted their financialstatements, and should face criminal prosecution.
In the list figure 32ambassadors, 37 consuls, 205 heads of municipal districts, 152 municipaltreasurers and even 11 National Social Security Council representatives, amongothers.
It also names 213 NationalPolice and Metropolitan Transit Authority (AMET) commanders, central and regionaldirectors and deputy directors, among other law enforcement officials.
Marte said the ambassadors who violated the law are RafaelCalventi, Germany; Ramón Alejandro Arias, Brazil; Alejandro Gonzalez Pons,Belgium; Héctor Virgilio Alcántara, Canada; Pablo Arturo Marinez, Chile; BriuniGarabito, Colombia; Greece Pichardo, Korea; Luis Arias Núñez, Argentina and VíctorReynaldo Lora Díaz, Ecuador.

Francisco Dominguez saidthe officials who failed to submit their financial statement will be subpoenaedfor investigation for presumed illicit enrichment, in compliance with Law311-14, "above all, those who were removed from a post to anotherposition, or have lost their functions and haven’t presented it."
