Dominican Trade, Fashion expos coming to the capital

Santo Domingo.- Thecountry will host "Dominican Trade Expo" (DOTE) for the first time andaims to receive international buyers interested in buying textiles and beautyproducts.

The event set from October20 to 24 forms part of the 10th anniversary celebration of DominicanFashion at the Embajador hotel in Santo Domingo. The DOTE is slated from Oct. 21to 23 in the same venue.

"The DOTE willbecome the muscle for foreign trade of these important national productivesectors, which make a significant contribution to GDP," said organizerSocrates McKinney, accompanied by Mirka Morales and Fidel Lopez, interviewed byoutlet Listin Diario, which also sponsors Dominicana Moda 2015.
