Flash flood warning for central provinces as ownpours continue

Santo Domingo.- The National Weather Office (Onamet) forecasts continuing light to moderate showers acrossthe country with some thunderstorms through Thursday afternoon and evening.

It said scattered showers will continue in the afternoonand early evening tomorrow Friday, with temperatures will range from a high of29°C, to a low of 22°C.

Onamet said the flash flood warning continues, from the downpoursexpected over the next few days will overflow rivers and lead to landslides inthe central provinces of La Vega and Monseñor Noel.
