Metro Group starts construction of Las Quintas real estate’ tourism project

Juan Dolio, Dominican Republic.- Metro Group on Tuesday announced the start of constructionfor the first stage of its new and exclusive real estate and tourism projectLas Quintas at Metro Country Club, in Juan Dolio township, San Pedro province(east).

Metro Group president LuisJose Asilis headed the event and thanked those present for forming part of theproject.

“Today our dream becomesreality, always with the support of the great Metro family, to continue being aunique, comfortable and privileged location, located just minutes from SantoDomingo. Our commitment is to continue to guarantee investors the perfectenvironment for infrastructure to build affordable homes, while hundreds ofdirect jobs are generated to benefit the development of the Juan Dolio community,”Asilis said.

“Las Quintas is aresidential resort paradise located within the Metro Country Club, which seeksto make available to its customers the perfect stay so they can develop thehome they always dreamed of,” the business leader said.

He said the project hasprivate access and all the facilities of a private and secure gated community. “Itslots range from 600 to 1,065 square meters, which puts in the hands of itscustomers the opportunity to develop their residences they’ve always desired.In addition, the project will have a tennis club and a soccer field, and directaccess to the golf course and the Beach Club.”

The novelties of MetroCountry Club were showcased during the exclusive meeting, including remodeledfacilities and the clubhouse as well as a new entry for better access.
