Dominican Republic’s leading online realtor launches redesigned website

Santo Domingo.- The online realtor indominicana.com specialized in Dominican Republic real estate on Thursday launched a redesigned website, with features that allow easy access to properties across the country.

Published in both English and Spanish, indomincana.com provides an attractive guide to rentals, leases and sales of an array of properties from beachfront hotels, to mountain-view villas, all at the click of a button.

“The website has existed for six years, and the most prestigious real estate agencies publish with us,” said founder and CEO Monika Harel.

She said indominicana.com also accepts advertisements by private owners who want to sell directly, but generally, buyers prefer to be accompanied by a professional agent during the process.

“The advanced search makes it easy to find properties anywhere in the country,” she said, adding that visitors can save pre-selected properties in a list of "favorites" in addition to a mobile version for phones and tablets.
