JetBlue adds new summer flight to Puerto Plata

Puerto Plata, DR.- JetBlue Airways announced the addition of a new flight from New York City’s John F Kennedy International Airport to Puerto Plata’s Gregorio Luperon International Airport.

According to Catalina Breton, Director of International Planning and Commercial at JetBlue Airways, the new flight will run from 16 June to 6 September 2016.

Flights from New York to Puerto Plata will operate on Thursday, Friday and Sunday, while Puerto Plata-New York will be Friday, Saturday and Monday.

Breton said the new flight is aimed at strengthening the market response to the increasing demand during summer. "After an excellent response from customers last summer, the airline decided to add another flight covering this route," she pointed out.
