Forklift hauls 500 lb. Dominican national to court hearing

NYC. Officers of the State Supreme Court in Manhattan hadto use a forklift to transfer Dominican national William Soler (Bamboleo), whoweighs 500 pounds and the extra wide wheelchair he uses, but doesn’t fit in elevators.

Soler was taken to one of the halls next to the courtroomfor a hearing headed by the judge handling the case.

He is charged on several counts of gun trafficking and appearswielding pistols, submachine guns and knives in social networks. Friday’s wasSoler’s 15th court appearance since arrested in connection with thecharges.
