Cesar Mella replaces Sabino Baez as heads the DominicanSocial Security Institute (IDSS), while Nelson Rodriguez replaces RamonAlvarado Mendoza as head of the National Health Service.
William David Esteves replaces Gregorio Morrobel and as adjunctambassador to the UN, while Luis Yanguela replaces Anyelo Rodriguez a generalmanager of the Dominican Agricultural Insurer (AGRODOSA).
