Gasoline, diesel prices fall, gases unchanged

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry postedthe fuel prices for the week from July 30 to August 5, when premium gasolinewill cost RD$195.50 or RD$1.00 less, and regular gasoline will cost RD$179.60,also RD$1.00 less per gallon.

Optimum diesel will cost RD$149.90, or RD$1.80 less; regulardiesel will cost RD$136.60, or RD$1.90 less; avtur will cost RD$97.20, or RD$2.20lower; kerosene will cost RD $120.50, or RD$2.20 less and fuel oil will costRD$77.13, or RD$1.30 less per gallon.

Propane remains unchanged at RD$88.20 per gallon as well asnatural gas, at RD$23.22 per cubic meter.

The Central Bank’s posted average exchange rate of RD$46.04per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
