Gasoline, diesel prices fall, gases unchanged

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry onFriday posted lower prices on several fuels for the week from September 10 to16, when premium gasoline will cost RD$197.50, or RD$4.00 less and regulargasoline will cost RD$182.00, or RD$4.00 less per gallon.

Regular diesel will cost RD$141.00, or RD$1.00 less; optimumdiesel will cost RD$154.60, or RD$0.50 less; avtur will cost RD$102.30, orRD$4.00 lower; kerosene will cost RD$126.50, or RD$4.00 less and fuel oil will costRD$81.13, or RD$1.50 lower per gallon.

Meanwhile propane gas will still cost RD$88.80 per gallon, andnatural gas also remains unchanged at RD$23.22 per cubic meter.

Industry and Commerce said the Central Bank’s posted averageexchange rate of RD$46.08 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
