Diesel, gasoline, propane fall, natural gas unchanged

Cheaper gas, head to Cabarete!

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Friday posted the fuel prices for the week from April 29 to May 5, when premium gasoline will cost RD$216.80 and regular RD$200.70, or RD$3.00 less per gallon on each.

Regular diesel will cost RD$147.00, ,or RD$7.00 less; optimum diesel will cost RD$161.60, or RD$5.00 lwer; avtur will cost RD$112.90, or RD$5.00 less, kerosene will cost RD$137.00, or RD$6.00 lower and fuel oil will cost RD$94.05, or RD$3.00 less per gallon.

Propane gas will cost RD$100.50 per gallon, or RD$2.00 less, while natural gas remains unchanged at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Central Bank’s posted average exchange rate of RD$47.41 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
