Diesel, propane, gasoline climb again, natural gas stays put

Hot days for a cool dunk

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Friday posted the fuel prices for the week from September 2 to 8, when premium gasoline will cost RD $214.80, and regular RD$200.70 per gallon, both RD$5.00 higher.

Regular diesel will cost RD$152.00, a RD$2.00 increase; optimum will cost RD$164.60, or RD$3.00 more; avtur will cost to RD$125.90, an increase of RD$7.00; kerosene will cost RD$151.30, a RD$7.55 increase and fuel oil will cost RD$97.35,an  increase of RD$1.30 per gallon.

Propane will cost RD$107.80 per gallon, an increase of RD$0.50, and natural gas continues at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Central Bank’s posted average exchange rate of RD$47.64 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
