Diesel, propane climb, gasoline falls

Cheaper gasoline, visit Saona

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Friday posted the fuel prices for the week from September 16 to 22, when premium gasoline will cost RD$220.30, or RD$1.50 less, and regular will cost RD$205.70, or RD$2.00 less per gallon.

Regular diesel will cost RD$158.50, or RD$4.00 more; optimum diesel will cost RD$174.60, increase of RD$5.00; avtur will cost RD$129.40, or RD$2.50 less; kerosene will cost RD$155.30, or RD$2.50 less and fuel oil will cost RD$100.85, or RD$1.50 more per gallon.

Propane will cost RD$111.80, or RD$3.00 more per gallon, while natural gas continues at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Central Bank’s average posted exchange rate of RD$47.72 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
