Gasoline falls, propane climbs, natural gas stays put

Santo Domingo.-  The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Friday posted the fuel prices for the week from Sept. 23 to 29, when premium gasoline will cost RD$216.30 per gallon, and regular rate RD$201.70, both fall RD$4.00.

Regular diesel will cost RD$159.50, up RD$1.00; optimum diesel will cost RD$173.60, or RD$1.00 less and avtur will cost RD$127.40, or RD$2.00 lower per gallon.

Kerosene will cost RD$153.30, or RD$2.00 less; fuel oil will cost RD$101.85, or RD$1.00 lower, propane gas will cost RD$113.80 per gallon, up RD$2.00 and natural gas remains at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Republic Central Bank’s posted average exchange rate of RD$47.76 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
