US$44.0M real estate project coming to Jarabacoa

La Vega, Dominican Republic.- President Danilo Medina on Thurs. headed groundbreaking  for the Alta Vista Mountain Village real estate project.

The site located in Bayacanes, La Vega province (central) will be built at a cost of RD$2.2 billion (US$44.0 million) according to the developers, headed by Franklin Liriano.

The work already in progress is slated for completion in five years and will create around 250 jobs during the construction phase.

The real estate project is located in the highlands on the La Vega-Jarabacoa road,
