Arpels contributes to the economic development of Las Terrenas
Samaná —With an investment of more than USD 35 million, Donoma Las Terrenas Hotel Beach & Spa is a new development project that seeks to boost tourism in the Dominican Republic to a higher level and generate a new stand for the province of Samaná.
The Arpels group, which owns the Autograph Collection by Marriott International brand, announced that this new tourism project is positioning itself as a spearhead in the hotel increase in this central vacation area.
The hotel, designed by the prestigious architectural firm GVA, will have 145 rooms. It is also the first hotel of the chain under the Autograph Collection brand in the province of Samaná, which is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, the largest independent operator of brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt worldwide.
The new proposal will open its doors in March 2025, marking a historic milestone for the Dominican Republic’s tourism industry in Samaná.
