U.S. citizen is found murdered in beach town

Santo Domingo.- A U.S. citizen living in the resort town of Boca Chica was killed dawn Tuesday inside an apartment where he was staying.

Local media report that the alleged homicide took place near 3am, with two detainees held in connection with the crime, including a prostitute of Haitian nationality who law enforcement officials say accompanied the deceased before his death.

The coroner Magdalena Pérez said the body of the victim, identified as Ricky Daniel Jensel, 49, reveals stabbing wounds and was found in apartment #9 of the sector Villa Luigi.
