The people cry out for Medina’s reelection: Indotel president

New York.- The Dominican people are crying out for President Danilo Medina to consider his reelection, and to do that we only need the Congress to listen to the heart of the people and amend the Constitution so that the U.S. model of two four-year periods could be established.
Those were the words of the Dominican Telecom Institute (Indotel) president Gedeon Santos on Friday during his lecture "Present and future of President Danilo Medina", at the Myrna L. Daniels Auditorium at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.
The conference, organized by the Forum for Democracy, was attended by dozens of people, including ruling PLD party political leaders such as the Dominican Consul in New York Luis Lithgow and Frank Cortorreal, Permanent Representative of the Dominican Republic to the United Nations.
