DR wants to establish cooperation ties with the Caribbean: President

Panama City.– President Danilo Medina met during the 7th Summit of the Americas taking place in Panama, with some leaders of Caribbean countries interested in exploring the possibilities of cooperation in banking and other areas the Dominican Republic has to offer.
During the brief multilateral meeting, Medina was grateful for the trust that Caribbean leaders have shown and said: "The Dominican Republic is in the best position to establish cooperation ties with them."
The head of state was accompanied by the Presidency chief of staff Gustavo Montalvo, Foreign Affairs minister Andres Navarro and Dominican ambassador to Panama, Cesar Medina.
