Dominican, Frenchman, American deported to face charges

Santo Domingo.- TheNational Drugs Control Agency (DNCD) on Wednesday said an American, a Frenchmanand a Dominican have been deported and extradited in recent days, wanted onfelonies in the United States and France.
It said six otherforeigners and locals are being held at DNCD headquarters awaiting similar proceedings-
In a statement theDNCD says all the suspects were hiding out in various communities across thecountry, prior to being located andcaptured by its agents acting on a Supreme Court warrant and an Immigration Agencyalert.
American Henry AlexisLopez, 26; Frenchman Marc Sylvain Maurice Grunberg, 50, and Dominican FranciscoJavier Martinez de Jesus, 47, were escorted separately to Las Americas InternationalAirport, where they were handed over to US and French authorities.
Lopez is wanted formurder in the United State; Grunberg is accused in France of sexual assaulting hissister, a minor, whereas Jesus Martinez is wanted in New York on chargesincluding rape and stalking among others.
