Scattered showers as front approaches

Santo Domingo.- A low pressure system combined with an approachingfront will bring increasing cloudiness with scattered showers starting Wednesdaymorning over northwestern, northern and western provinces and the Cibao valley.

The National Weather Office forecasts that the system will graduallymove eastward along the Atlantic coast, which can expect thunderstorms.

It said the scattered showers from the frontal system will continueover the country’s Northeast, South and Southeast during the week.

It sad all regions can expect the return of mostly sunnyskies for the weekend.
