Police nab 655 curfew violators, now total 58,846

Santo Domingo.- The National Police reported Friday that 655 people were detained for violating the curfew, during the patrols carried out on Thursday.

It said that levels of surveillance and patrol are maintained in all sectors of the country to prevent crimes.

The number of detainees since the government implemented the curfew in mid-March to combat the coronavirus pandemic, now totals 58,846.
