Santo Domingo.- Minister of Tourism, David Collado, revealed plans for the upcoming groundbreaking ceremony led by President Abinader for the construction of a boulevard set to transform the cityscape. RCD Hotels “Latitud 18 project” seems most likely the reason behind this blvd. construction. It appears the project is near the corner Abraham Lincoln and Calle Andres Julio Aybar. The latter street runs from Lincoln to Churchill.
