ACOPROVI caps 10th Annual Golf Tournament, strengthening construction sector alliances

Punta Cana, DR.- The Dominican Association of Home Builders and Promoters (ACOPROVI) wrapped up its tenth annual golf tournament at Punta Espada Golf Club in Cap Cana, bringing together 120 industry leaders to forge new partnerships across the construction and housing sectors.
President Annerys Meléndez praised the event’s role as “a catalyst for valuable relationships and shared vision” after a decade of competition that fosters collaboration between developers, material suppliers, financiers and government representatives.
Gross Overall honors went to Robert De la Cruz and Dicandy Santana Mota, who outperformed a strong field with superb strategy and skill. Winners in Categories A, B and C also received trophies in a closing ceremony that celebrated both their achievements and the tournament’s continued success as a forum for idea exchange and joint problem‑solving on issues such as affordable housing and sustainable development.
In addition to sport and networking, ACOPROVI reaffirmed its social commitment by directing part of the proceeds to Fundación Facci, the nonprofit that provides comprehensive medical care to children and adolescents battling cancer.
