Dominican jails are for real men, not peek squeaks like Gomez son. The jail at the palacio de justicia (I know it well) is a "temporary" jail that the accused are housed, until trial is effective and when sentence or jail time is declared, then the accused can either post bail or be sent to "la Victoria" or Najayo if there is room there.
So when appeal time comes the prisoners in La Victoria or other prisons are transported there temporarily, to attend the trial downstairs.
The prison is a zoo, with nuts, perverts, desperadoes, certifiable crazy, ill with contagious diseases, violent criminals, hit men, torturers, you name it.
No food is available, unless it is brought in, sanitary facilities are decrepit and non existent, and the place is a nightmare.
The screams and cries are heard all night of prisoners being beaten and tortured, or crazy ones, that is the worst thing.
So it is no spa for sure and this daddy's kid couldn't take it anymore.

There are somethings that are not being mention and the first is, how much knowledge that this kid has in the hacking field. Hacking is not an easy thing to do and is not learn out of the blue, so this is my theory. A couple of guys with highly hacking experience hack some government computers and laptops, they found some pertinent information and then passed it on to this kid who in turned passed it on to his father who then presented the information to the public. The government took immediate action both to dis-informed and to set up its own lines of defense. Since the accusations involved the first lady directly steps were taken to relieve the pressure from her as well as to present that the accusations were faults. Still the government wants to punish someone while at the same time wants someone closer to the hacking or who knew the hackers to named them. For many journalist they don't reveal their sources of informer, so this is a way of trying to find those sources. Conti....

This is not so much about this men, his just a pawn in the middle of a mess to bring his father to confess as to how he got the information and from who. No one is publishing just how these tycoons got their money, how Queen Margarita became the Dominican Diane. How Danilo is becoming the next tycoon.
