Dominican military ready for elections security

Santo Domingo.– The heads of the Armed Forces and National Police announced they have coordinated the preventive measures in order to guarantee security and order during the upcoming presidential elections to be held May 20.

During a meeting at the National Police headquarters, Armed Forces minister Joaquin Virgilio Perez and National Police chief Jose Polanco discussed the details of the elections’ security operations, in all the provinces and municipalities of the country.
