Santo Domingo.- The latest report from Onamet forecasts a sunny, slightly hazy sky and east/southeast winds, contributing to hot temperatures and minimal rainfall, ideal conditions for outdoor activities. By afternoon, expect only sporadic passing showers in El Seibo, Hato Mayor, La Romana, San Pedro de Macorís, Monte Plata, and the Cordillera Central.

Temperatures will remain high due to a light layer of dust and solar radiation, prompting caution against direct sun exposure between 11 am and 4 pm. It’s advised to stay hydrated, wear light-colored clothing, and seek shade when possible.

Here’s a breakdown for various districts:

• National District: Mostly sunny with hot temperatures.
• Santo Domingo Este: Sky with isolated clouds and hot temperatures.
• Santo Domingo North: Scattered clouds with hot temperatures.
• Santo Domingo Oeste: Mostly sunny skies with hot temperatures.

Minimum temperatures are expected to range between 24°C and 26°C, with maximum temperatures between 32°C and 34°C.
