Sparks in a vehicle supplied with gas cause panic in Villas Agrícolas

Flashing sparks in a vehicle that was equipped with gas for a packing machine caused panic among residents of the Villas Agrícolas sector of the capital.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Nicolás de Ovando and Moca streets in that sector.

Packaging employees used the business fire extinguishers to control the fire in the urban transport minibus.

The residents of the surrounding area left their houses in a panic, and some drivers raced quickly away from the place, even circling back in the opposite direction.

The mishap in the vehicle terrified neighbors who still had not recovered from the tragedy of the recent explosion that caused 8 deaths and almost a hundred injured when a gas leak ignited in Polyplas company and produced the devastating explosion in Polyplas on December 5th, 2018.
