Return of Dominican woman accused of taking life of Chinese boss

Santo Domingo.- Dominican national Francelys María Furcal Rodríguez, apprehended in Spain on charges related to the death of a Chinese merchant she worked for, is scheduled to return to the country on Thursday at 3:00 p.m.

The Attorney General’s Office provided specifics, indicating that upon her arrival at Las Américas International Airport, she will be conveyed to the National District Prosecutor’s Office.

After evading Dominican authorities for several months, Furcal was detained in Spain and will face extradition proceedings to answer to charges in her home country.
