Mogul favors keeping the severance pay

Santo Domingo.- Retail and media mogul José Luis (Pepin) Corripio on Thurs. said he’s in favor of keeping the severance pay in the Labor Code, to maintain the rights of workers.

He also urged the creation of legislation that promotes the first job, to insert young people into the labor market.

Corripio spoke on a range of topics prior to his keynote speech at the Spring- Breakfast-Conference with the topic Sustainability in a Globalized Market.
