Santo Domingo.- The Supreme Court is preparing the logistics for what will be the trial against the six accused in the Odebrecht bribes case, which is set for September 12.

Supreme Court chief justice Luis Henry Molina signed the order on Wed. and notified the lawyers for Ángel Rondón Rijo, Víctor Díaz Rúa, Tommy Galán Grullón, Juan Roberto Rodríguez, Andrés Bautista, Conrado Pittaluga, as well as attorney general Jean Alain Rodríguez, to appear at 3pm.
Special Instruction Judge, Francisco Ortega Polanco, partially accepted the accusation of bribery, money laundering, illicit enrichment, falsehood in a sworn statement against six of the seven accused of the US$92 million that Odebrecht admitted to paying in bribes.
