National Palace protocol chief dies after months of ailments

Santo Domingo.- National Palace protocol director and ambassador Roberto Blandino died Tuesday afternoon, after spending several months enduring various ailments.

Blandino’s demise occurred at his residence i the capital and still unknown details of his funeral, which would presumably take place at the Blandino Funeral Services.

Blandino worked in the Palace Protocol area for more than 30 years consecutively, including the presidencies from Antonio Guzman to Leonel Fernandez.
