Fernandez off to Miami for Latin Trade magazine kudos

Santo Domingo.- President Leonel Fernandez boarded a plane Thursday afternoon to Miami, where he’ll be recognized by the Latin Trade magazine for his contributions to the country’s institutional development and his efforts and initiatives for peace in the region.

Fernandez will be recognized with the Special Prize for his Career in 17th Bravo 2011 Awards, in a ceremony slated for tomorrow Friday in the hotel Four Seasons.

The chief executive boarded of American Airlines flight number 868 in the Las Americas International Airport at 1:30pm, accompanied by the Presidency’s Press director Rafael Núñez and other officials.
