The Rainieri expand in Miches: they will build three new hotels

According to Frank Elías Rainieri, the CEO of Grupo Puntacana, the business-family group is investing in new hotel projects, both independently and in partnership, in Miches. He stated that they recently acquired additional land in Miches to build two hotels, which would bring the total number of lodging establishments in the area to three, in addition to the 500-room Zemí Hotels that are already under construction and is the first property of Frank Elias.

The planned investment for the new hotel project in Miches is $180 million, and the construction of the hotels is expected to begin soon.
