Normal booze schedule resumes midnight Sunday, official warns

Santo Domingo.- Interior and Police minister Jose Ramon Fadul advised Wednesday that the unrestricted schedule for the sale of alcohol concludes 12 midnight Sunday, January 8.

Fadul urged the proprietors of those businesses to accept the disposition.

He said Interior and Police will proceed against the businesses and owners who ignore the disposition, which stemmed from an agreement to raise the restrictions to the schedule of bars, discos, restaurants and others.

Fadul added that those businesses should abide by the rule, so they can again benefit from the disposition which began December 20.
