Dominican president cuts ribbons on 124 apartments in San Cristobal

San Cristobal, DR.- President Danilo Medina visited San Cristobal (south) to inaugurate the housing projects INVI Villa Progreso Palenque, with 60 units, and INVI Villa Progreso San Cristobal III, with 64 units.

The dwelling projects, which will benefit 124 families, were built with funds from the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) and resources from the Dominican State, with a total investment of 120 million 949 thousand pesos.

National Housing Institute (INVI) director Alma Fernandez announced that the government will build a similar project in the same province.
