Unibe, Autonomous University of Madrid sign agreement

Santo Domingo.– Iberoamericana University (UNIBE) and the Autonomous University of Madrid, Spain, through its medicine schools, will carry out academic exchanges following a working agreement signed in Santo Domingo.

The agreement was signed by Unibe’s president Julio Amado Castaños Guzmán and the vice-rector Asuncion Martínez, of the Spanish higher education institution.

Through this initiative Dominican medical students are able to do their internship and clinical practices in Spanish teaching hospitals. At the same time, students from the European nation will have the chance to study in Unibe and the credits will be recognized in their country.
