Miguel Vargas says PRD has governed little due to “indiscipline”

Santo Domingo.– Dominican Republic’s opposition party PRD Miguel Vargas said that his organization, despite being the most massive, is the one that has ruled the country less.

Vargas pointed out that such a reality is due to indiscipline, disorganization and lack of planning.

The PRD leader said he has been proposed to reverse this trend, "giving important steps that have to do with party discipline, modernization, organization and effective management" in order to bring the party to power in the next 2016 election.
