Soldier-civilian clash leaves one injured amid gunfire and chaos

Dajabón, DR.- A clash erupted between Dominican Army soldiers and a group of civilians, involving gunfire, thrown stones, and bottles. This altercation occurred at Miguel’s cafeteria on Capotillo Street in Dajabón’s central municipality. Among those involved, Francis Fortuna sustained a gunshot wound to his right foot and was promptly transported to a nearby health facility for treatment.
